The organization does a fairly decent background check first. So usually its all good people. Communication is the main thing. If they dislike speaking then it’s a bad sign. (Before starting anything)

I flatly deny anyone with a micropenis. I’m not sure how to work with them so I don’t want to accidentally hurt them, emotionally or physically. Otherwise I can deny anyone I have a bad feeling about. They’ll be told I’m booked or unwell or something along those lines.
