seems like an uncapitalistic system. what’s next, giving away food to children? letting people use roads for free? Who decides what healthcare the person recives if not their own wallet?

Currently you tax people and fix nothing and aid no one. I believe we all threw tea off of a ship 300+ odd years ago over something similar.
