It was a bit strange haha. It would have been a quick convo, but we both were afraid the other wouldn’t want it, so when we finally talked about it, we were like testing the waters the whole time, until we realized we both found the idea of posting online very hot. I gotta say, I was the one who gave the idea haha. Then everything was fast, I already knew NSFW subreddits, and we searched for other places, decided which of our old private videos would be suited for our first uploads, the profile name, etc. We were 2 years into our relationship when we took the step. In my case, I never considered the idea until I started browsing the gonewild subreddits (last September) and thought our private videos wee also very hot (although very amateur lol). In her case she told me she wanted to do that long before than me, but she wasn’t sure because she had a bad experience with an ex who threatened to share her nudes, and she was scared I’d do the same. But when I finally suggested the idea, she already trusted me enough to do it, and I’ve been very careful hiding our faces and any details so she doesn’t have to worry.

Mmmmm, I’d say this new facet of our lives has improved our sex life in the sense that we try new things because that would make a cool video, or maybe we see a post on Reddit, Lemmy or BlueSky and want to do the same. Sometimes we record, sometimes we don’t and just enjoy each other, but it has helped us on trying new things and thinking of new ideas for content (for instance, we want to do a 30-day sex challenge when we finally move together). Even so, we try to not let it control our sex lives, like, we record something we were gonna do anyways, and not do something just to record it, but I have to admit that sometimes we have to have sex in different ways than usual to make a good video, because of lightning, angles, etc; while normally we wouldn’t care about that. On the other hand, she likes to be sluttier when she knows I’m recording, so that’s a bonus lol. We enjoy it a lot, and love to read comments and know people find our content hot and arousing. Also now we’re both more comfortable with our bodies, thanks to the positive comments we receive. Yes, we’re working out lately, but it’s for health reasons, not to try to change us or anything
