I don’t even care, a properly cooked pork steak is incredible
I introduced my wife to the entire concept of pork steak. Normally she is disappointed if it’s anything but salt and pepper but she didn’t complain when I dredged this in curry powder.
Pork steak is under rated. This one was a little different because I bought it, cut out the bones and vacuum sealed in half pound units so I could thaw them and use them in fried rice later. I also sealed the bones for a bone stock at some later date.
