The anus is at a different angle than the vagina and when I see women do normal doggy the anus is often pointing level if not a bit upwards. I was thinking about other positions where she’s sort of squatting and her torso is pointing more upwards, but idk how comfortable it would be. Also does the angle of penetration into the anus have less margin of error compared to the vagina due to the geometry of the rectum?
Your dick doesn’t point like that because you are circumsized. it points like that because of the way the ligaments are attached to your pelvis.
As for your actual question, you move your bodies around until it works. try having them ride you while facing each other.
