Yes it does, you misunderstood me and then forgot what the subjecy of conversation was due to the strain of being a little pedant. We were originally discussing the question of whether Britain feels the need to engage in diplomatic communications, which are normal at many stages of a war.

For us to have a sincere conversation, I would need to spend many hours educating you not only on basic facts about the world (there was a war on Donbas for over ten years before “Russia started it”), but about the very basics of conversation and logic, such as what it is appropriate to correct others on.
