Is there a place where I can learn how to DDOS so I can take down Russian websites? You can PM me. Hopefully this doesn’t get me banned for asking that question.

Look, you don’t know what DDOS is, its gonna take a lot of research and resources to do anything that would impact any large corp, no less a guberment.

Step 1 get lots of computers and lots of friends or bots.

Step 2 ping (not really) whoever you want to ddos with all the bots and pcs.

      Step 3 profit.

It is seen as illegal activity, so if you are asking like this I would suggest you don’t attempt it.

You’d have to have control of a large amount of devices via virus infections. This is typically called a bot net and is hard to do / probably illegal based on where you are.
