But comment after comment is skipping over the bulk of the comic strip and going right to being outraged about something I didn’t see the comic imply: that the question shouldn’t be asked.
Yep, exactly. I think it’s a reflection of a greater interner trend, to get annoyed/outraged etc. about your perception of something, and then argue with people who challenge that perception.
