You can see it two ways:
- The writing for the prequels was sloppy
- The Jedi are overconfident, partially arrogant, and don’t have a perfect philosophy
I think it’s both.
Everybody keeps talking about Jar Jar, but the real undercover Sith just kept hiding there all that time in plain sight.
