Could almost be a screenshot right out of Half Life 2. They did a great job imitating the run-down parts of (I think) some Bulgarian city region.
This is good photography! Uniform lighting that exposed all the decay equally, interesting lines and details for the eyes to trace across, and something good to see at every depth.
