I use https://ninite.com/ to download an installer/updater for the major packages I can get there - Firefox and Chrome are both available amongst others. But mostly I don’t use Windows.
winget install mozilla.firefoxFinally windows got a built in package manager, you don’t have to rely on shady sites.
