I would like to build bust of stallman from concrete. The plan is to 3D print him and then make a mold. Then i would bolt that bust in place infront of shity software companys with some of his quotes. So how do i get a 3D model of him to start?

That sounds epic! Unfortunately I don’t know if such model exists. It’s possible that you will have to get someone to make it for you.
probably best to go ask some photogrammetry / 3D modelling communities for what the best methods are to achieve this.
