Never slept on my back, never had a bed soft enough to sleep on the side plus I’m thin as heck so hip bones hurt
Stomach sleeping is best, because as long as i can’t see the long gangly hairy humanoid hanging from my ceiling it isn’t there.

You know the recovery position you learn in First Aid… that. Mostly side, sort of stomach, so comfortable.
That’s why it’s called the recovery position. You’ll recover faster in it.
Used to sleep on my stomach but after I read that it was bad for me, started sleeping on my side. I now prefer to sleep on my side.
Did you just switch? I find it difficult to give up the habit, can’t fall asleep in a different position.
Switched years ago. I don’t recall that it took a lot of effort.
