I don’t believe I really understand what killing with kindness means: being a doormat? always faking a smile? being overly eager to please people around you when you despise them?

I’ve heard 2 coworkers thinking about killing a manager they don’t like with kindness (where I work, we have 2 managers). What I still don’t understand is how this looks like.
