      Shouldn’t the replies from mastodon also show up here then? That would make some kind of sense to me.

        Yeah, a mastodon user can just see whats going on and even follow themselves on their as well. Its much easier to setup a lemmy account tho and use the interface than just interfacing with mastodon.
