We know for a certainty that they’re way past the point of desperation for money and supplies that they would have either sold their nukes whole or for parts to barely not even save face already.

Me showing up in Ukraine will make no difference.
Nato countries acting on their contracts would.
Not only that, it would split Russian forces in a more than significant way, and give Ukraine the break and or assistance they need.
