I think it would be better if the main instance of this was joinxmpp.org instead of it being just a redirection.
“Jabber” is both trademarked and sadly pretty much associated with “old and outdated” in much of the tech commuity. It really sucks that people that last tried it in 2010, continue to compare that to 2020 IM, even though XMPP has improved massively in recent years.
