The game is a solid 7 maybe 8. The performance is absolute garbage, but the underlying game is pretty good. Mods will do the heavy lifting as usual.
My game was freezing and stuttering for 10+ seconds every few seconds, then I learned you can’t play the game if you install it on a HDD even if its 7200RPM, it only runs on an SSD. Ridiculous. I reinstalled it on an SSD and it runs like an actual game now.
