AP and Reuters have run with the initial claims coming from Hamas that the hospital was struck by an Israeli airstrike. This article disputes that.

    Reuters just presented both sides’ claims and said there is no confirmation of what side was actually responsible. AP basically did the exact same thing.

    It seems like you read the first paragraph, came to the conclusion that Reuters sided with Hamas (they did not) and stopped reading.
