    Phil Scott is a jerk for the veto in the first place. Why not encourage people to use heat pumps? At least most of the state government cares about the people who live here.

      Phil Scott’s whole shtick of ‘I’m a moderate Republican who will reign in the Democrats from trying to pass new taxes!’ Appeals so hard to the older voter base, even if it results in the complete stagnation of the state for the sake of the status quo.
