      Using housing as an investment sector isn’t a good thing, it’s better for the people that the bubble was intentionally popped.

          People who bought a house to live in aren’t suffering. They are living in their house.

          People who bought housing as an investment can handle the the loss. And worse case they can live in one of their portfolio properties.
