Last Christmas, I came over anarcho-syndicalism on Wikipedia, and since then, I’ve really gotten interested in anarchism, especially anarcho-syndicalism!
Today I own two copes of Rudolf Rocker’s Anarcho-Syndicalism: Theory and Practice and recently bought a copy of Peter Kropotkin’s The Conquest of Bread from AK Press.
Both books are also available for free on The Anarchist Library:
- Rudolf Rocker: https://theanarchistlibrary.org/library/rudolf-rocker-anarchosyndicalism
- Peter Kropotkin: https://theanarchistlibrary.org/library/petr-kropotkin-the-conquest-of-bread
I wanted to share a link to my thread and some of my thoughts about it here on #Lemmy enjoy!

Good thread friend. As I said in mastodon:: anarco-syndicalism also forces the workers to work. As a historical example you have the Spanish civil war, where the anarchist union, the CNT, forced the workers to work, repressing and punishing those who worked less. I’ve expanded the message there. It’s a good start anyway. I also started in the anti-capitalist field with ideas similar to yours.
