I’m 2 years into the journey myself.

I’ve done a couple of briskets, easy as to do - it’s just a daunting task considering the size and time involved. My only warning is the volume of meat needs an army to consume!

Pulled pork, chicken wings, lamb shoulder, and racks of ribs - all easy to do and I absolutely recommend having a go.

I have two of these movies - rare hard to find gems, I know they exist because I have seen them.

1. The theatrical release of Revolver. Guy Ritchie made an epic version of this that was fantastic. Critics hated it. I saw it at the theatre and thought it was brilliant.

The issue is the online ones are all the studio edited version. They dumbed it down and made it even worse to try get some money out of it. You know you have the right copy when the credits roll to just black with piano over the top.

2. The theatrical release with active subtitles in English of Day Watch (2004) version. The cool subtitles change and move round the screen depending on what’s going on. It was so well done but I only saw it in the theatre on release.

Absolutely epic flick.

It’s also fantastic that there are ai honey pot mazes that exist to suck up the AI crawler with data links and bogus data to absolutely screw with their databases

Turns out he had seen something along the lines of “world all-stars” vs “Tonga” at ice hockey, with 8,000:1 odds. But they messed up and had it round the wrong way. Both teachers retired at the end of the year.
