Lemmur is simply not functional at the moment if your account isn’t on the lemmy instance and has not been updated in quite some time (I believe the current version was developed for a previous version of lemmy), although they’re occasionally making commits on the github. Jerboa is fully functional if a bit feature-lacking due to being somewhat early in development. Take your pick based on what suits you most

If you had ever taken any history class beyond a high school level you would know that this is not, nor has it ever been, true, for ANY period of history EVER
