I’ve been following the sm64-psx project.
Yesterday I even got the game to compile, AND show the SM64 splash screen on real PS1 hardware
Don’t DM me without permission please

Ever been hit with the “Your sarcasm is too advanced and makes the whole room thinks you’re stupid” stare? This is where it comes from.

Oh wow 256 MB, that’s so much more than I’m used to working with!

Explore weird OSs! I got an old Celeron D workstation just for playing around with weird old operating systems.
Its got a 32 bit bios but 64 bit celeron, so the grub stuff has been fund 😅

Its not a search engine, its a data digester. Dont use it as a search engine. Despite what alphabet, micro-shit, and DDG think, AI chatbots do not now, nor will they ever make good search engines.
This is a prime example of why access to these tools should be restricted to computer scientists and research labs. The average person doesn’t know how to use them effectively (resulting in enormous power wasted by ‘prompt engineering’), and the standard available models aren’t good at digesting non-linguistic data.
I’m not gonna downvote you, or be like all “AI is the devil and its gonna kill us all” but people need to use it correctly or we ARE going to kill ourselves with its waste heat.
Edit: ficksed an werd

Oh, well I mean, arson isn’t normally cute is it?

I’m not sure I understand the question

It would melt it, spraying the wielder with molten metal.

My favorite nitpick in the phantom menace is in that scene.
In the Cinematic release, and I think the VHS release as well, the Tusken raiding party here is using Slugthrowers, a weapon primarily only used against Lightsaber wielders since it can’t be deflected like a blaster bolt.
When it was re-released for DVD it was changed to a Red Blaster bolt. Personally, I think it makes more sense for the Tusken people to use slugthrowers, since they have access to everything they need to make gunpowder on Tatooine (guano from caves, hydrocarbons from the black fruit sugar), but to attain blaster gas they need to trade with the Settlements, something they prefer against.

I used to watch Lunduke’s linux Sucks speech every year it came out. What happened to that guy? Was he always the worst and I didn’t notice til 2020?

Well that’s embarscing

This is encouraging!

I suppose you make a point, I’m not sure how my school would feel about me open sourcing my project code though 😅
Once I have more time for Personal projects I plan to open source everything.

When I’m spinning up the n-hundredth skyrim run I cheat my stats up a bit to skip the early game tedium, but otherwise I tend not to unless I’m getting bored of a game and want to sample endgame content to see if I wanna keep with the grind

The cheapest tier is sold at low margin and recouped with ads.

You know we don’t like corn syrup right?

Seems like if you’ve got the ad-free plan and an older chromecast you’re still ok… For now. This is indicative though that the service may not be viable for long for you.
Depending on where in the world you are:
There is a resale store called Buffalo Exchange with a bunch of locations who always has the best messenger bags IMO. I’ve purchased several vintage messengers from them for carrying art supplies.
My favorite is a rigid leather satchel the size of a briefcase. Its new enough to have a laptop pocket, but old enough where the laptop would be expected to be gigantic. I use that slot for canvasses. Then it leaves the main pocket open for my mini-easel and brushes. External pockets act to replace my purse on days I carry it. All this covered with a giant leather flap which locks closed. V protec.
