  • Yeah I’m wondering about that. Like nearly everyone would agree with BLM and war bad right? I get that you need defense with other imperialistic Countries around but war is still terrible. Maybe it’s the Israeli occupation thats controversial, but if you look at history it’s pretty clear that Israel is just stealing land bit by bit.

  • Technically yes. But of course they would (and can’t really) do that. But you could also eat stuff like roadkill and it’s vegan. Veganism as a moral philosophy has nothing to do with food, it’s about respecting and granting animals the same rights as humans (as far as applicable, not stuff like voting).

  • That is why I argue that getting a pet should be like adopting a child. You care for it because you love it. And no matter what, the pet or the adopted child has a right to not be used or be harmed. I think that getting a rescued dog and caring for it is a very noble thing to do. But breeders are hell holes. And while using a lead on a dog might remind one of slavery, remember that it is in the dogs greater interest to not run onto the street and other people have the right to be safe from your companion animal.

  • No, funnily there is no limit. It is just a standard normal distribution with a mean of 100 and standard deviation of 15. You can read more on wikipedia’s ‘intelligence quotient’ under the section ‘current tests’ where you could click on the links to learn more about the mathematics. Setting the mean to 100 rather than zero was probably so people wouldn’t get offended as easily 😂

  • This is actually possible. Not yet though. IQ only measures how smart you are compared to other people. If everyone took the same IQ test and there would be around 13 billion people then there would be like one or two people with negative IQ. The bell curve onto which you are sorted is never zero, so you just need so many people n that the integral from negative infinity to 0 is at least 1/n.
