I don’t feel exactly comfortable using stuff like this, like I’m well aware that it’s fueling international crime etc. But pick your criminals at this point, and honestly, the smaller guys vs the media conglomerates are somehow still less crooked.

They didn’t support either VR’s. Most of the titles for PSVR were third party, there was very little AAA support after the first few months around it’s release. Two years later it was dust and echos, just like PSVR2 (Blood & Truth arguably an exception, but I also believe it was still released within that two year window).

Honestly the biggest failure IMO, was because like usual, they didnt actually support it after release. I’ve fallen for this one too many times with Sony, but no more. Whenever Sony releases something other than their mainstream products, they immediately stop developing for it and basically rely on a bunch of third parties. Who usually give up shortly thereafter when they notice the dwindling support.

My vita is collecting dust with my PSVR, my PS proprietary headphones, and all the other useless shit Sony has released over the years.

You might need to add sand to level it all out. If you do this, make sure you get masonry sand and not just regular playground sand (although that will work in a pinch too). Just depends on what shakes out under the wood when you pop it up. The wood might be rebar-ed into the ground too, in that case you’ll have to pop it up with a crowbar. That’s what’s nice about wood, is it’s malleable and simple to level out. You might be getting yourself into quite a project with the concrete, depends on what you observe/how fussy you are.

My experiences with HW3 and HW4 have been horrifying. I always turn off the FSD trials whenever they push, and the bastards still find a way to enact and screw up my cruise. The car itself is fine, but this FSD shit is a legit scam.

AI is just fancy Google. I have yet to see it produce anything actually useful, or at least much more than a simple Google search could produce a decade ago. It’s like the world’s done lost its mind.

I’m so over this AI nonsense. I use AI as a barometer at work, in that the more they talk about AI, the more I know they are adding fuck all to the organization and aren’t actually doing any work.

AI is the 2020s version of Tulip Mania. It’s just fancy Google that elaborates, but you can’t trust the results it gives you, because it lies worse than my five year old on his way back from a late night trip to the cookie jar. It makes funny pictures of Mario committing 9/11 and all sorts of useless funny stuff that has kids smoking cigarettes at McDonalds with hot dogs for fingers. Which is great and all, but I can’t figure the last time I actually needed a picture of kids smoking cigarettes at McDonalds…

And it sucks and you can always tell when something’s AI because it’s crap. Boomers can’t, but they also can’t do most other things, so I mean that’s not really a reliable metric of its actual success either.
