Well it’s all in the same window and generally easier at least to me.

tabing through multiple windows of the same program is annoying, having one window with groups is way easier. plus 1-2 monitors is the norm, so sometimes its just a screen space issue.

its kinda useless without Voice, TeamSpeak however is making excellent progress. im hoping we just gi bsck to forums and stuff like TeamSpeak and vent.

I feel like that’s more of a preference than a competitor/competition though.

100% of my CS playtime is surfing it’s so fun.

Do people actually think its a competitor? This is just news sites trying to make something up for clicks surly.

No existing subreddits will be affected by this according to the post I read when this news was first announced, so unless something changed…no current sub will be paywalled.

My old as hell PC died I’m getting a steam deck as a replacement with a dock and …so I’ll just be dual booting into windows 11 and obviously steam OS when I decide to play hand held.

I’m pretty excited for it I enjoy Mario Kart games,I don’t play/like any other type of racing games so being able to drive to the next course is new to me and looks kinda fun.

I’m pretty excited for this feature honestly, I know a lot of games won’t use it but still it’s gonna be fun.

I’m so excited for the new Hyrule Warriors, and just the switch 2 as a whole, cant wait for this to come out.

Unfortunately fedverse isn’t really ready for the general population, it’s why so many people flocked to bluesky over mastodon. I know I prefer blueskys UI and features over what Mastodon has to offer.

Though Tumblr is planning to enter the fedverse so maybe that’ll help somehow.

Lots of people still use it, obviously musk fans, people who actually make a living off of content creation it’s hard to move a entire fandom to a new platform. People who aren’t from the US probably don’t care about the whole mess and stick around because everyone they know is still on the platform.
