despite my xkdc smartassedness I would love to see something that made an easy to do thing like this for linux https://portableapps.com/ there are some close things but not quite so easy.

I use the free version. its fine. if you have to have it look like a mac then yeah you can pay or configure it yourself like you would with any linux.
oh yeah. its an out of the box for folks (like myself) who like that. Lots of apps preinstalled including play on linux. So I can install and start using without adding any additional software. Its not the only oob distro but combining that with the look feel emulation is great and I have never seen an oob that sets up wine so well to use immediately. So its a bit like a combo of a gaming distro with oob and then the lookNfeel thing.
4·1 year agothey need to make it clear what I have access to. I don’t know if they want the ad revenue vs competitors but most of the anime I watch is on tubi who needs to make it easier to identify dubs.

I had a professor who when talking about a PhD would talk about the need for breath and depth. Im a generalist and I find I have as much depth as I need to get things done. Then I move on to another hole.
oof that hurts. Im not wild about flat earthers or alien conspiracy or such but would I give up good scifi shows to not have that part of humanity. that would be a high price indeed.
21·1 year agoto be fair I can’t read bath bomb from the photo but I can read fruity and older folks tend to have worse eyesight to the point they just don’t read small print.
I would put more but it would mess up the comedy. anyway go to a public library and look at folks on the computers. If you are old enough you will remember that going to like a 7/11 or such there always seemed to be some crazy guy talking to himself. You never see them now because they are on the internet all day.

Not all are but you giving them something will not change their circumstances if you do. You would help more homeless people by giving to a soup kitchen or shelter. Some give you cards you can give the person which is supposed to give them a bit more priority. Honestly any good feeling someone gets from giving them the inconsequential amount in isolation is more the false thing.

eyup. putin is pretty much building up china at a cost to russia. Its funny because hes always trying to build up stooges in other countries but all the while hes the chinese stooge. Seriously he has reduced himself and his country down to the level of the kims and north korea.
