I like soaking my potato shreds in cold water with salt and onion slices. Pre-season.
Then I add salt, pepper, and more onion powder. For an added kick, use lard (animal if you’re able to, but vegan lard also works if your diet requires.) to cook the hash browns for extra crunchy and flavor.



As a former Windows user, it still is taking a long time to wrap my head around all this new terminology, functions, and systems.
