The “do nothing and win” strategy.
The “do nothing and win” strategy.

Sir, this is the elon hating circle jerk.

Now that I think about it I think you are right. I think I was thinking about the word prediction for the keyboard they didn’t have.

I have an older x86 tablet that I tinker with. The DE I have found to work the best with touch only is KDE Plasma Mobile. Reliable and works similarly to Android.
GNOME has been surprisingly unstable, like an update might ruin some touch capability and make the tablet unusable. It also had weird quirks like not being able to move some windows around, or the cursor some how getting stuck and needing to plug in a mouse to move it again.
Currently I am running EndeavourOS with plasma mobile installed from the AUR which works really well the only thing that sucks is when there is an update for the DE and I have to build the package, which takes a while on that tablet.
Whichever distro you pick, go with the KDE version, then install “plasma-mobile” from the repos.
As someone who tried out MacOS in a VM out of curiosity I don’t find gnome to be like MacOS at all in overall functionality. I think to most people it just looks like Mac because top bar, dock and some design choices. Really though gnome is much more like Android. MacOS felt extremely clunky to use vs gnome’s fluid workspace and app switching.
Well I know my local army base (US) was looking for Linux sys admins, so I figure they have some servers on base.
I’ll be on you like white on rice on a glass of milk on a paper plate in a snow storm!
Edit: missed a part
We keep our thermostat set to 64-65 during the winter time. Keeps the HVAC from running a lot. You just put on some cozy sweater, sweatpants and warm socks. During summer we keep the thermo higher, up to +10 more degrees.
Ask them if they poop with the door open.
And yet the stove top/oven will stay on forever without alerting you until you realize something is on fire.

Yes! We need more non-human/humanoid based games. I think your idea has a lot of potential tbh, playing as a jumping spider could be fun. Personally I would really like to play an orca/dolphin simulator.

Not sure why Netflix wouldn’t be on the Aurora store. Anyway, I did use android TV on an OdroidXU4 for a few months. It worked well with an air mouse and made it work like a regular android TV. Only issue I had with it sometimes was getting it to wake up after being asleep for some time, but that issue could have been ROM+odroid (or air mouse) specific.

This is something that still happens. When I go on any road trips that involves driving on the interstate (US), I will always happen to glance at mile marker 66. I’m usually never thinking about it when it happens. I’ll be totally absorbed into my phone (as a passenger of course!) or talking, and just happen to look up and right at mile marker 66. It always gives me a bit of a shock that I’ve noticed it again. Otherwise I don’t really pay any attention to the little green mile marker signs on the side of the road. I am not at all religious or believe in anything like that. I guess it just means I die at MM 66 on some interstate somewhere. This started happening in my teens.
ZorinOS? I saw no talk of it here and I haven’t personally used it in a couple of years. It uses gnome and can be set to mimic the look of windows, mac, or just stock gnome. It looks super clean, modern and pro. It’s easy to use and based on ubuntu. It was a just works distro for me.
True, I wish people would stop posting about Reddit and Twitter. I don’t care about those platforms.

Open source vehicles when?
Im pretty sure there is a store, if I remember I think its called appimage pool.
Just get “RIP” tattooed under it.
