13·2 years agoI prefer to have a minimal linux ditro and install the apps I need.
I’ve used Ubuntu for many years, it is a good start for beginners. Although my new recommendations is Mint.
Linux Mint and a used thinkpad t480s.
It works great, and cost me the fraction of a new one.
