Because it isn’t a reasonable question, it is a russian propaganda question that leads to “but they voted to join Russia” which you then need to counter further with “with literal soldiers standing there and checking your ballot for the right answer”.

It specifically is about looking unapproachable, angry etc, when the person doesn’t feel any of those emotions (hence the “resting” part, like resting heart rate). It means someone who is having fun but looking differently too. Bitchiness or shittiness doesn’t factor in at all - the “bitch” in the name is a metaphor.
If you read into it, the video is misleading and the bulbs aren’t as good as it claims. They don’t go out but they suck when it comes to the light they produce

You deserve all the snark for it and more. Especially because you seem to not see the fact that this isn’t an isolated thing, that Russia does this on the regular and the fact that they struck for Kyiv the moment they started the war, already “showing the cards” - meaning they want all of Ukraine. Russia needs to fail, completely and utterly. Anything less will only embolden them further.

A colleague lost his brother with this convoy. The path / location of the convoy was shared with the israelis too. They were executed and the vehicles completely destroyed.
I mean, you can do a lot of stuff without relying on technology, like doing the dishes in the sink or washing clothes in a river. This is just another step. But setting up a kettle to boil at a specific time isn’t the only thing these smart homes can do.

Storypoints are such an artificial concept it doesn’t even make sense. Same thing with estimation though. Most numbers are “I pulled it out me arse” unless the task is a one line change. And even then, shit breaks and it becomes useless, so the one line change is estimated to be a day anyway
Not really an opinion when most companies run on self documenting code since time immemorial.
I have given well documented code to plenty of juniors, it comes with being a senior dev / techlead. And it was perfectly understood. Maybe you simply don’t write self documenting code.
The only moment you write comments is when you are doing something extremely weird for a specific reason that will not be immediately obvious and you want to warn the person doing a refactor in the future. In any other case, writing self documenting code is the way. If you are unable to do that, then your code needs to be rewrtitten.
Maybe give them what they need to actually fight instead of trickling it? Ukraines problem isn’t manpower or the will to fight or training or whatever. They need artillery, they need tanks. Give them that and Russia gets kicked.

What do you mean? Crimea was Ukrainian, it was invaded and then pulled into Russia. EU doesn’t have to “decide” anything, it was an invasion and against the law, therefore invalid.
