I call these Thought Poisons. They’re legitimately dangerous for some. I aborted reading the comment when i saw the direction it was headed. 😋

I define it thusly:

Thought Poisons can also do damage over time by altering one’s perception of reality, self-worth, and future, much like how poison can slowly damage the body.

You have to invite people to specific things, not just a vague idea.

Create a plan and then invite people to it:
“I’m going to this concert next month, come along?”
“I’m going for dinner later, join?”
“I’m bringing down the patriarchy from within and i would love for you to be there.”
“I’m doing x because y. You should come with.”
