That was a temporary 2 year ban on foriegn buyers, but it was too little too late. They already injected too much money and equity in to the market. I’m sure there’s a way around it too. Corporations can still buy property. And once the ban is lifted it’s back to normal and the prices are still fucked even with the temporary ban.

Oh it does for sure. At least in Canada there are government regulations requiring inspections by 3rd parties to check for leaks with some sort of thermal camera. I’m not familiar with the technology to check for leaks but I’ve had to fix the leaks before and it’s taken seriously and well documented.

Apparently the anchor has been dragging for miles before it hit the pipeline. They may not have known they were dragging. Or it was an elaborate plan. Never know until they question the crew, which they haven’t been able to contact.

I don’t see where I would use this as a consumer. I usually cast YouTube to my TV on the odd occasion to my TV that is smart. My other TV that isn’t smart has a Chromecast. Could this implemented in to a raspberry pi or some other style of devices to use with my TV?

Happened to me on Apex Legends. Played the game on and off. Came back on aftrr a break and found I was banned. Appealled and denied. Forget about the game. Get the itch and try and appeal again. Still banned. Good thing I didn’t put any money in to the game. Found out apparently a lot of accounts were compromised at one point and they all got banned. Might be what happened to me but fuck it, not worth my time to convince them.

Maybe it’s the simplicity of the art style. Big round heads, small body’s, usually posed standing, everyone is same shape, dialogue focused comedy. I don’t know, I’m just spit balling here.

Edit: having a look at the website the comic is publishes you are right. Hell you’re even more right today since the last two comics are almost exactly same. Same characters, same positioning, same actions. The only difference is the dialogue and the facial expressions.

I imagine the artist has a bunch of stock art he just cuts and pasted in to the comic so he doesn’t have to redraw something he’s already drawn.
