With that many players, you’ll run into the issue that most of them aren’t really doing anything most of the time. I’m not sure if there’s a system that manages to resolve this issue, or how you would even go about doing that.

In that case the Egg Bond system is the one at fault. Technicalities about different headmates doesn’t excuse being a dick out of the game.

One of the other players is really bothered by Egg James Bond out of game, because Egg James Bond is a complete A-hole. She’s mean, petty, doesn’t respect women, etc.
Was Egg Bond’s player acting like this out of game?

Potala Palace in Tibet

The Sumela monastery in Turkey’s black sea province of Trabzon

Mount Thor in Canada, featuring Earth’s greatest vertical drop of 1,200 m (4,100 ft), with the cliff overhanging at an average angle of 105 degrees (15 degrees from vertical)

Straight to the soul blender.

Sounds like a server problem. There have been a few of those.

IMO the way to avoid this (as well as making it less cliched) is rather than having the likes of Chinaland, Vikingland and Egyptland, to instead blend disparate civilisations together into something that isn’t just copy of a single real culture.
It’s an interesting idea. I’m not a huge fan of chaotic random penalties though so I don’t think it’s for me.

Giving it a skimread now

Various summoned or controlled creatures, such as constructs, undead or elementals (see myrmidons), depending on the wizard’s preference or specialty.

That puts big fancy things like resurrection well out of reach then. Probably some basic martial abilities, with a bit of healing and buffing.

And the super weight scale? Do characters start at iron weight and end at super/hyper weight, or is it different scaling?

What kind of world tech level and range of super weight are you looking at for this?
Make sure your players are planning their turns in advance. That way they have something to do when it’s not their turn, and turns go much more smoothly so there’s less time in between them.
