I think Disco Elysium might be the game you’re looking for!

Yeah I’m 36 and can hear them as well. They’re so annoying and give me a headache. :-/

I’ve seen this pop up on websites a lot lately. Usually it takes a few seconds to load the website but there have been occasions where it seemed to hang as it was stuck on that screen for minutes and I ended up closing my browser tab because the website just wouldn’t load.
Is this a (known) issue or is it intended to be like this?

Ah that clarifies a lot actually. I do miss the days where I’d go to a store and buy a physical copy of a game. Then again, they do end up taking up (physical) space of course.

Not sure how it works nowadays, actually! As a child I would borrow PC and PlayStation games from the library. They were physical copies of course. But with Steam keys and all I’m not sure!

So the game was abandoned? That’s too bad! I was considering buying it once it got more features (since it was still in early access)but wasn’t 100% sure yet. I ended up getting Foundry at the time but still wanted to try Techtonica at some point.

Oh so you can’t buy the physical copy of game for Switch 2? That’s lame.

It looks super fun to play in co-op!

How often do they generally release major updates for the game? I almost bought it at (EA) launch but I think this kind of game might be the most fun (to me) if I play the full release, or would you say early access has plenty of content right now? I’ll still wait at least until co-op is out. Played Elden Ring with my husband using the co-op mod and really loved it. Watched the gameplay videos of this one and it looks really good.

This is rather disappointing. The game looks really good and I’ve been looking forward to playing it. But I meant to play the game in co-op with my husband and when it launched in early access it didn’t seem to have co-op yet (if I remember correctly) so I decided to wait until that was added (and working of course). But after hearing this news I’m a bit wary of buying a game that I’m not sure they’ll even finish. That’s such a shame because the game really looks amazing and super fun to play in co-op.
(What’s the state of the game right now? Have they added co-op yet and how is the game so far?)

That actually does sound fun!

How is Avowed? Is it good? I loved the Fable games.
You may need to install steam-devices to get controller support to work.

I use Pop!_OS and have had zero issues getting my Nvidia GPU to work on it, so that or a similar Linux distro that has good Nvidia driver support might be worth checking out.

Do you mean early access or advanced access?

If I need to get up at 5AM I just set my alarm and as soon as the alarm goes off I hop out of bed, to force myself to actually get up before I get the chance to start thinking about it (and postponing the getting up part).
As for what I do in the evening: if getting up at 5AM every day is my goal I just start by setting my alarm at 5, and aim to go to bed earlier. If I did go to bed late the night before, I would still set my alarm at 5 and just be tired the next day. Because the next day I’ll feel so tired I’ll automatically end up going to bed earlier. So it works itself out. So if I really wanted or needed to get up at 5AM every day I’d just do it even if I didn’t sleep enough hours the night before. Once I’m in a routine I don’t even need to set my alarm. I’ll just automatically wake up at that hour.

They sell it at every supermarket. If you ever visit again you may also want to try Tokkelroom. I prefer it to advocaat. It contains less alcohol and tastes creamier than advocaat (though the general taste is very similar).
To those who are having trouble finding advocaat in their country, it’s very easy to make though. And the ingredients should be easy to get in most places. Here’s a recipe. :)

Is that on Steam? I can’t find it.
There are also a lot of shirts being sold here in Europe that have names of states or cities printed on them (such as California, Los Angeles, New York, etc).
