Oh yeah, the G3 tower was a thing of beauty - neat design, serviceable, and lovely to use <3

Can confirm - LMDE is made for lesbians.

I’m using Fossify Music Player for locally stored MP3s, it works fine for me
Rambling old person storytime, consider yourself warned:
My wife is from Hungary, and grew up while it was still communist so there’s many TV shows she’s never seen.
When we were first together I introduced her to Star Trek, which she’d never heard of, and we got into the routine of watching one or two episodes of TNG every week.
Fast-forward 9 years and we’d watched every Trek we wanted to, and were at a loose end on how to continue. My first thought was Babylon 5, but after Trek that first season appeared rough as anything, and it became more of a time-filler than actual enjoyment.
A little while ago we hit the third season, and my goodness, it’s still rough, but the whole thing came together into something properly enjoyable!
Me and my wife just hit our 10 year anniversary, and we’re both happily Trekkies together :-)

Or in my case, old driving games

I saw them in a tiny basement casino in Sheffield that had a sticky floor. The sheer noise of it was incredible, and they gave it their all despite there only being room for maybe 100 people in the whole joint.

I went to see them live, in another life. They were very energetic, but I should have taken earplugs instead of a boyfriend with a broken arm.
Carro in Spanish, at least where I am

Yup, and it’s on what was a mid-line laptop from 3 years ago. Only just started recently.
At home I use a thinkpad that I got 2nd hand 10 years back, and it feels like warp speed by comparison.

TBF yellow us pretty awesome

Indeed, I don’t have admin rights for anything outside of IP address changes at work.
I just thought of another bug bear, start menu lag on mouse clicks is a very odd problem, I don’t remember anything like that, even on the first release of Windows 95 which I ran on a laptop with 25MHz and 8 Mb of ram.

Fair enough, I use 10 and 11 at work and hate it … I used to like 7, using the control panel, search, default paths and stuff seemed a lot more intuitive.
That’s why I stick with Linux at home, it feels a lot more like Windows used to, lol

What’s been your favourite version of Windows?

Threads (1984), not super gory but really fucked up when you know it’s basis. It hasn’t aged well, but as a piece of history is worth watching IMO.
I had waking-up-screaming nightmares about the ending for about 6 months, but then it hit close to part of my trauma, and I watched it where it’s set.

I agree with you over all (however when I’ve spoken with Mossos it’s been much better than with the Guardia Civil, so they are not all bad)
I was thinking of their motivations. Regarding terrorism, they missed one guy who planned an attack, so it’s not surprising they want to chase all Muslims now. I think a lot of it is to do with protecting their backs.

After the big shooting earlier this year I believe they’re more worried about drug dealers than pickpockets … plus there was a bunch of raids just a couple of months back where they found the organised crime was very organised.
I agree about the mossos not tackling pickpockets, but it’s fair to say there’s things they’re doing that are good too.

Ah cool, I’ll look it up then!

No mention of Snowrunner, for shame!
(which I’ll be going back to after I’ve finished Dirt 4, which is also awesome)

Is Tokyo Xtreme a bit like Tokyo Highway Challenge 2? Because that game was really good IMO :-)
gasp me too!
We have so much in common!
