I think it depends on the person too. Tylenol doesn’t work well for me, even prescription Tylenol; it kind of just makes me nauseous. Advil works great though.

I had a friend learn how to drive a manual for a trip to Italy. It took maybe 2 20 minute sessions before she was comfortable with it. When she got there the driving was fine but the honking freaked her out 😂

I’m 34 and I still feel as young as I did at 24, I haven’t experienced any fitness “degradation”. However I don’t have kids; I imagine if that happens and responsibility for another human kicks in it could feel a bit different 😅
