I teach at a business college and a ton of my students buy Chromebooks because they’re cheap and just use cloud-based software. Windows is doomed as an OS because an entire generation has grown up never using it.

I had problems on Ubuntu but no problems with PopOS

I’m finally back on Linux after a while away. I went with pop os just to have the Nvidia drivers pre-installed. I used Mint back in grad school and liked it.

Great news. Unfortunately, I just don’t like the people who were there after Brad, Vinny, Alex and Jeff left.

Yeah, and half the time I prefer the games that were originally $20-$40 MSRP that I bought 50% off.

It’s telling that they are going up globally and not just in the US.
