Well, they’d probably find out by watching the video. Or they’d move on and enjoy the rest of their day/night, it’s really all up to them.
Fedora was also my first choice, but the allure of the AUR was too strong at the time and I didn’t last a month…

If I remember correctly, I think the solutions are to disable Fast Boot and Hibernation in Windows, then shut down?

Yeah, like how a docked Switch can have downloads sent to it from the web browser eShop, and it’ll periodically wake up from sleep and check for downloads by default.
Honestly, I was hoping this was what Valve was working on in the first place… but what they’re giving us is nice to have as well.

I played through and 100%'d Silksong entirely on Linux. The only issue I had was that the native Linux version had buggy controller support causing phantom inputs, and didn’t activate rumble at all (like the original Hollow Knight).
I normally play everything through Proton-GE by default and didn’t realize the game was initially installed as native. Forcing GE installed the Windows version and it was flawless all through the final boss.
(In short, definitely a skill issue)
I believe the One controllers have proper cross/plus-shaped dpads, while the Series controllers moved back to an extremely clicky variant of the 360’s disc-shaped dpads. At least, that’s how I tell the difference…

Just so nobody else is confused, Canadian carrier phones legally have to be sold unlocked as of 2017

I also had that problem (8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless)! Seems the original Hollow Knight had the same issues, I’d read it was something about outdated SDL support… The controls are messed up at random, rumble doesn’t work, and the game spontaneously develops input lag at times.

I guess the only way they could make it profitable was to trick an entire country into a subscription while that country is still convinced it isn’t useless

They’re already everywhere, they just happen to also spend time using 4chan sometimes

Then I guess they don’t exist.

Stenzek seems to have a history of being the problem… I don’t know if their words should be taken at face value, or that they’re arguing in good faith at all

I’m against the censorship, to be clear, but a David Cage game might not be the best example to use in the future lol

No, they’re still all awful, lossless scaling especially, but:
a) Nvidia simps have fewer excuses to support Corpo #1 over Corpo #2 now and
b) people using lossless scaling often have either weaker hardware or lower standards in the first place

And with the 3DS, if you didn’t strip the headers from games you ripped and played them on a different console

“But I only use twitter for ‘art’”, or “I just follow a few small communities” are the usual excuses these days.
I hear the same excuses as I did for Reddit, only I’d consider Twitter usage considerably less defensible :)

Unless, of course, they’re in all the GPUs that people want.
…It’s unfortunately more likely that the majority of people won’t notice or care, though.

They’re giving real “why couldn’t they just protest peacefully (after years of peaceful protest with no results)” energy
Good, we kinda need it.
