As the other commentator said, I am not a specialist here. My 2 cents is that I usually hit a muscle group with a compound exercise first, then do one accessory exercise. So for triceps I would start with let’s say bench press, then do let’s say skull crushers. Adding more exercises on top of that becomes increasingly not helpful in my opinion
