I feel compelled to let anyone know who cares that (as my pt informed me recently) RICE is no longer recommended protocol for healing a sprain (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)…that it slows down the natural healing process and more active processes are preferred that increase blood flow.

My company’s entire backend is in Haskell, and boy are all these devs super enthusiastic for the language. It is rare tho in my experience.
