Apart from the ones already mentioned,

being able to collapse all threads in a post to only show parent-level comments

keyboard shortcuts ala RES (esp the J-K navigation)

more themes (the default ones suck)

more image improvements

Just subscribe to RSS feeds from your new sites.

I use InnoReader, which I prefer to Feedly. Syncs Free plan allows you up to 150 feeds and shows ads (which you can easily get around).
