Unlikely to happen, because the leadership behind the project claimed they are in contact with Bethesda, to make sure no one’s stepping on anyone’s toes. Although obviously they can just pull the rug at any time, which would be catastrophic. Given that they’ve remade basically every single asset in the game, and require the original game to be owned and installed, it should be fine
Yeah that checks out. I’ve found out about this in a doubly infuriating scenario.
I was home abroad on a holiday, and they billed me for my regular monthly service. So naturally, i got slapped with the 25$ rejection fee, and then my bank decided to pay the overdraft on the second attempt, resulting in another 45$ in bank fees for that too.
Everything in the US is purposefully designed to fuck you over.
Genuine question for PoE1 veterans: What is it exactly, that people want from the sequel?
With my little experience in 1, I was excited about the new gem system, and the idea of not having to deal with stacks of 20 prefixes on high-end mobs, and it seems that at least with the latter nothing has changed
The repost is a week late, but yeah
Been waiting for this one for a while. Hope it ends up being fun
I’m not sure what exactly this author expected in terms of performance. It’d be diabolical if it were worse than a 3 year old Deck, but i’m not shocked that the mobile SoC is worse than the furnace that was the ps4 pro. They’ll undoubtedly be using frame gen for this, so time will tell how the quality is
I’ve used the unpatchable Win11 account loophole, that exploits a functionality of your pc, where you wipe your boot drive, and install NixOS on it
I’ve pretty much come to terms that i’ll either never finish it, or will play it again on an emulator eventually. As it is now, it won’t run any better on my Slim console, and i have no intention of upgrading it
This is the only post-DemonSouls game i haven’t finished :/ The frame drops in some areas gave me frequent headaches, so i only made it like a third way in

I wouldn’t necessarily call these “problems”. I just don’t like the how the underlying functionality is designed.
For some basic modding, and installing Nexus collections, it’s probably just fine, but for anything more advanced, It’s too rigid. It didn’t allow me the flexibility to do the things I wanted, and lacked plugin support for things I was already extensively using. My preference still lies with MO2, but of course, everyone is welcome to use the tools that work for them
Tim has to pay out of pocket, for every license we claim, so i’ll continue claiming them out of spite
I feel like the AI dubs are just a way to annoy people with ad blockers. Both on desktop, and my modded mobile client, any time i open a new video, the player forces my quality down to 144p, and turns on the first available dub
I feel like it’s just a matter of time, until they pull the rug from under lifetime subs.
But in any case, this is probably it for me. I’m not completely happy with jellyfin performance on my server, but the price hike puts me outside of what i’m willing to spend for this service. I already host it myself, and i can tunnel it myself too, if i ever decide to run it outside of my home network
My GearS3 finally kicked it, after 8 years, and my other watch is even older than that, so the more premium rePebble is actually quite appealing. If i decide to get an update, i’m still debating looking at something like the Garmin Vivoactive though
My only hope that they’ll get it right this time around. NMM was a disaster all around. With the Vortex announcement, hopes went up, given that they literally hired the person who created Mod Organizer, but then it was essentially NMM round 2, with an electron shell. This looks somewhat promising, at least
That’s really great to see. I’m excited to get the game when i can
He did make those claims himself, in the past. Which of course means fucking nothing, because actions speak louder
I used to be a huge fan of Fi, especially as someone who would frequently travel, as it was really cheap to use both at home and abroad.
That was all until they pulled the rug from under me and i got slapped with bills for an inactive plan.
Even Amazon with their AWS would cancel stuff if you’ve clearly not been using your instance, but these guys changed the agreement and said fuck you anyway.
Not that it matters anyway, because genocide supporters don’t deserve any clients
