I am the developer of Summit for Lemmy.
I do this but with hotpot instead. I boil a pot of water, throw in the hotpot soup base and throw all my random produce in there and eat it :D
I was able to buy my M1 MBP from my company for cheap and the laptop is amazing. Its like 4 years old now but it doesnt feel like its aged a day. Easy 6 hour battery life while doing heavy tasks and it performs like a beast. It’s faster than my desktop at many tasks such as compilation.
I mean if we are talking lambdas the kotlin would just be {}

I played the crap out of blue prince and I actually hated the game. Might just be me though but IMO the game has some incredible big flaws.
I completed an absurd amount of the game in spite just so I was 100% sure I hated it. Imo one of the most overrated games I’ve played.

I think if you consider is as a percentage of all homes, the number doesnt look as insane. There’s about 133m homes and 17m are vacant according to the article which is roughly 13% of homes are empty.
I’m not sure what the average vacancy rate is in other countries is so not sure how bad 13% is but it doesnt sound as crazy as 27x.
Update: According to this article the US does rank pretty high in vacant properties. Im actually surprised Japan is 1st.

I was out of town, doing a bit of visiting. I heard my friend KkOma had finally taken the time to settle down in the countryside. Rightfully so, after what he’d been through, with all the pent-up stress and frustration built up over the years of coaching the most successful KR team in League.
“How have things been buddy?” I asked, as I saw my man step out of the house upon hearing my car come in the drive-through. “All good, life’s been a lot more chill, now that I’ve retired,” he answered. “Hey, wanna check out my animals out back? I’ve taken up farming as a hobby with my free time,” as he motioned over to the back gate.
We headed out and he started introducing me to some of the livestock, mentioning how he had named them after his players, as the unhinged animals they were. Just then, I was hit by an unbearable stench. With my eyes watering uncontrollably, I questioned through gritted teeth, “What in the hell is that smell?”
He looked over knowingly and said: "Ah. Faker? The goat is never washed.”
What if some advanced alien species created our universe just for a gender reveal party? /s
You’re absolutely right!
Same with Bojack Horseman.
You will read goodnoght punpun and it will be horrible and you will like it! /s
I didnt end up liking the ending episode. Otherwise the show is a 10/10 banger.
I thought it went against the theme of the show which is don’t fuck with time. But instead the ending rewarded the guy for fucking with time by saving his son.
Essentially the show ends with a “well if his son dies then he will cause a contradiction in time so his son must live” which essentially rewards the guy for fucking with time. At least that is my interpretation of the ending.
Unfortunately I found that to meet new people you need to make an effort… Sometimes a lot of effort. But it is rewarding. I was in the same boat. Moved back to the city I grew up in, 3 years passed, no new friends. So I made an effort to go to different events and meet people in real life. It has helped a bunch. Sure I’m not going to get along with everyone but you only need to get along with at least one person and you’ll be good. If you get along with more then that’s just a bonus at that point.
It definitely helps if you pick up a hobby or go to meeting with people you share something with. It doesn’t have to be hobby though, it can be a religion, a philosophy, a lifestyle, etc.
