I guess I will stick to my “non-premium” games made by devs who actually care about providing experiences worth experiencing, instead of a checklist-driven, committee designed and overpriced games that are most AAA games.

The aesthetics of your game look great. I think people will appreciate a demo, to give them a feel for the game. You can have demo on your steam page or maybe on itch.io .
61·24 days agoI tried playing Hollow Knight. But I couldn’t even beat Mother Gruz, despite trying more than a few times. I gave up in the end. I understand that the problem lies with me. But, I really wanted to experience the world.
What is the point of process, if it inevitably leads to frustration?
Yes. I don’t deal with frustration all that well. I want to experience the world and story, more than trying to master the gameplay.
Bought it. Found no easy mode for a dumbass like me. Refunded. Not Team Cherry’s fault. Looked like a great game, but unfortunately not for me. :(
I really wished they added some easy mode, but it’s their decision.
This is enough to lose any faith on the mankind. There are enough of us who are so obsessed with power that, they see everyone as just either pawns or obstacles. Even, people who just want to live their lives. Fuck these power-hungry, genocidal assholes.
Same. Hollow Knight’s combat and platforming simply didn’t click. But, the atmosphere of that game is simply impeccable. That, to me, makes Hollow Knight an amazing video game, just one not for me.
