This will go down well. I don’t expect the rest of europe to cooperate more than your average ukrainian
It’s just theatrics. They are as conservative as the Republicans.
I’m not unsatisfied and I very much appreciate the work put into proton, but it’s rather lame how common it is to have small problems that require tweaking. Just a few days ago I had to do the gamemode thingy(which slightly improves performance and tends to fix some performance issues) on Elden ring since I was getting small but noticeable stutters when moving about, and that’s a verified game.
I don’t mind putting in a bit of work to get something specific I want set up, but there’s a reason people want things to just work when it comes to their pastimes, and I feel Linux is still a bit far from that.
PS: I have no idea if Bazzite and other gaming distros have this issues, I use a general use one.
The average user doesn’t even know the registry exists.
Overall, I’m happy with Linux for everything. But it is a hard sell for your average person when you have to change the init configurations for every single game you download (even if it’s just for enabling gamemode).
Also I’m am very curious as to how you even got a bluescreen. I don’t even remember when I last saw one.
All I can say, as someone that used Reddit for almost a decade and now is on Lemmy for a while: do not care about votes. Yes, people use it as a “I agree” or “I disagree” button, but you shouldn’t use it as a validation tool. Especially on Lemmy where your account doesn’t have karma.
Anyone have any suggestions of where I could post a video of of old soviet footage of it’s airplanes to some cool music? Couldn’t really find one here that fits
Because its usefulness is not on the money-making side of business, so it wouldn’t make sense to buy.
To add to what was said: Trump has a negotiation style of coming on with absurd demands then “settling” for less that is actually what he wanted all along.
This was not the bit idea to act on hexbearians
It’s alright but if you really want it to be private, specially when in a public space, you should use a cable. It would be faster too.
Very likely, yes.
Pop OS has been pretty pain free for me
What I personally have is an NVME SSD for the games that need the maximum performance and/or I play a lot, and a slower SATA SSD for the other games where it doesn’t really matter.
Also, depending on the games you are playing, many expect to be able to stream assets and other data at SSD speeds, so your experience might be really bad.
EAC can work on linux, but it’s on the developer to allow it so
You forgot the 3 paragraph WHERE clause to get every data point of a wednesday of an even year of a person who stubbed their toes on a roomba in their parent’s basement.
Action games usually relies on twitch reflexes and using the right combos for the correct enemies. Maybe it isn’t the best name for what I mean but what I want is less “soulslike” games that are just PS2 God of War with a roll button and more like Dark Souls 1 and 2.
A soulslike with strong plot and rpg elements that’s not an action game that you need to dodge sometimes.
Except traditional management is about removing as much power from the people that actually do the work as possible, so that’s why this bingo even exists.
