I saw it for the first time and find it hilarious. Am on Linux (arch btw) so not possible to run it myself unfortunately but had a laugh and am happy you shared it so many times.

It is also an enormous chance for Europe to establish strong ties in the middle east. Europe could profit massively from stability in the area. And obviously the same is true for the middle east. It remains to be seen whether European politicians are cunning enough to pull this of. It seems unlikely though.

Fortunately Hungarians are by high margin pro EU. But Orban had many years to change all sorts of policies to favour him in elections. He basically owns Hungary’s media landscape, gerrymandered election districts, suppressed visibility of opposition where possible and I don’t know what not. So even if the situation looks dire for him I am not confident that he will loose the election. One can only hope that Hungarians, with vast majority, vote for someone else than he.

I will never understand why someone would defend an authoritarian regime because some other regime is bad.
Iran is killing its own citizen that are peacefully protesting. One death is to much.

He probably doesn’t know where Nigeria is

That list contains two active mission that are not in a member country. One in iraq that according to the list is a non-combat advisory and capacity-building mission. I guess it is debatable but Iraq war was not nato not European. The other one is a peace keeping mission in Kosovo that from my point of view is very necessary.
And what countries did Europe invade? Neither Europe nor the EU has an actual standing military.
Regarding Chinese expantionalism: what about tibet, Hong kong, russian and Tajikistan’s border conflict, claims in south china sea and so on. China also acts very aggressive towards its neighbours. Which European countries do so (except for Greece and Turkey who are both NATO members).

I do not in any way justify, nor have I ever done so, what western countries are doing. Further more I am European and always opposed us foreign policy. What makes a huge difference in my opinion to Europe is that china is a one party totalitarian state who’s leadership has the power to do whatever pleases him. China is openly threatening it’s neighbours. They have pretty much invaded foreign territories under the pretence they were theirs. This is something no European country does or could do.

I don’t know where these people are from but I was wondering about that as well.

Oh yes but still they talk like sheep and half the world (or more) actually believes them. Their actions surely speak a different language and they aren’t always as subtile as not being able to write certain things. We turned blind eyes on Russia for years and seem to be doing so as well for china. As someone else already said this might change with Taiwan. Or is Taiwan really only another Crimea?

I wonder when china will reveal it true colour

Just your average tourist issues. We have the same issues in places like Hallstatt (Austria).

Installing stuff works well from UI as well? I on/off did stuff with Ubuntu and every time I tried the App Store there was useless.
Is any of these algorithms somewhat battle tested? Otherwise there is the risk of adopting an insecure algorithm. So I guess there is some risk both ways.
