Hah I always confused the name with that one with the episode Disaster (had to look it up Picard and kids winning something), no wonder I rarely watched it. Cause I’m pretty sure they go up ladders in turbolifts in that one so just thought that was that episode. But I recall liking the backwards people starting fires. To be fair I don’t watch much TNG these days but still my favorite series by far (also haven’t watch a series since Enterprise so may need to catch up).

Is that the one they start a fire in the area they’re in and then get shown the replicator? If so that general one always stuck though been many years now, but don’t recall the laughing offhand. I’ll have to watch for Stewart laughing, I love those kinds of reactions.

I’ve used a PC with Kodi on it for my main tv for over a decade now, think I used it under it’s previous name even. I’ve had few complaints, occasionally there’s a video that won’t play but works in VLC but that’s pretty rare. Sometimes it doesn’t pick up new videos properly but that’s just expected for some file names.

What if I’ve been paying for years without incident? There’s a thing where I can do autopay for mobile (Canada) where it’s $10 off the bill. I always hate the idea of autopay but they’ve never overcharged a bill…so far. By years I mean it’s been over a decade now.

Mostly curious if your stance still says no to this situation as well. I’ll guess yes, but still it’s $10 a month so adds up to almost a fast food meal these days lol.

Last time I read about it I was curious who he’d play, I was just listening to Dune before seeing this and finally realized that was the only real role (unless it was a recast one, but that seemed unlikely) that’d be worthwhile for a more well known actor…I guess it could have been the guild navigator, I forgot about him.

Mean there are a few minor roles that they could expand on but why would they focus on irrelevant items when there’s so much story to cover? Oh…

I say that as enjoying Dune as a cinematic movie but they really didn’t do the story justice. So much great intrigue story with it barely discussed. I only did watch them once so maybe missed some finer points

Won’t happen functionally, as it’s designed to. I feel for the US citizens, they’ll break it all. From Canada where they had a new system, Phoenix or something for payroll I think, it caused a lot of hassle and was probably well intentioned, unlike this, but I never read much on it.

He’s a socially stunted bully (wait is that repeating myself?, not sure up to a certain age anyways) so yes, I think one of most satisfying wishes to make these days would be to give Trump self awareness and empathy.

With different mods each playthrough can be quite different too. That’s why easily modable games are awesome for their price. Of course I just like being in a big shooty mech to blow stuff up so may be biased on that one in particular.

Yes I always think of that Simpsons line, this is the worse day so far. It doesn’t help any anxiety about the geopolitical situation even backdropped by an amusing sitcom. I bought a course from udemy to learn it, helps cause you can follow along in an organized order. I actually haven’t touched it much since but it was fun to go through. Just make sure to buy their courses on sale if you do, otherwise they can get pretty pricey.

The great one was Sega vs Nintendo, this was a sequel. A noticeable and impactful war but not the ‘great’ one.

I used to quite enjoy the radio stations in Surviving Mars well a couple of them, apparently spent 145 hours in the game total. There may have been a few times it accidentally ran overnight from not closing but for what it was, it was fairly fun. Plus getting to turn Mars green always felt rewarding. I always played with chill locations though, never went for the hard runs, sometimes it’s fun to play like humanity succeeds.

If you could only play it when you rented the game, it was more difficult to memorize. Unfortunately none of my friends owned it, I rented it semi often but can probably only passed the level under 10times. Even thinking back I can remember the exhilaration of passing it. Course I kinda suck at games and after dying at the level would find something else to do rather than keep playing. This is someone who loved the turtles back then too, only reason I’d keep renting it.

I’m in my mid 40s huge geek, programmer, gamer…I never had a huge calling to join those platforms. I was always a more forum type. Admittedly I checked out the sites from links of Reddit and such, but never had an urge to join them for anything, probably due wanting to read more conversational type input from others. Maybe I missed out but seems like being an old foggie sort of won out in the end with what I’m reading these days.

I’m sure there was decent conversations on some of the platforms as well, so not saying they were always bad just wasn’t something that I had an urge to put time into, mostly so I could game more heh.

We’re only talking about 80MB though, at work just the core Grape City Active Reports dlls are 32MB that’s not even including the dependencies (everything seems to use extra system. Dlls on windows). A simple aspx web forms project I’m looking at with maybe 1MB images is still 120MB, granted it’s not optimized or anything and 32MB is from Active Reports

Liibraries with their dependencies can take up a fair bit of that space easily these days. I dunno how many would be used in a game like that but that’d be my guess for the space needed.

Plus NK can send them back to Russia to be deployed again and charge more for an experienced soldier.
